“The activities were excellent. The stops at bow lake and Moiraine were fabulous. The gondola at Banff was amazing, the lodge was lovely and there were lots of options for food. We would have liked to stay longer here as it’s beautiful. Lake Louise and bow falls were beautiful for pictures. We would highly recommend the tour, Tom was a lovely guide.”

“Viator booked us on a Chinese tour unbeknownst to us where we got no narration in English even though there were 8 English speaking travelers. When I asked I was told because 85% were Chinese. It was discouraging listening for 40 minutes of laughing and clapping. We sometimes got one sentence in English. We were pressured to buy the meal plan which I'm so glad we didn't. They stopped at Chinese restaurants for lunch and dinner every day. I tried to explain I have celiac but we were told we need to get fast food when we stopped if we didn't get the meal plan. There were very few options…”
