“The scenes are worth the long distance travelling of 8 to 12 hrs ride. Enough time to roam, some can b longer. Except for the grumpy n unhelpful driver, ride is not pleasant w many sudden brakes n running on the lines at the side of the road. Time taken up for 3 languages is too long. Not much info given though. Just intro of place, not much info though. Not very happy w seating arrangements as seats was frequently placed far back.”

“The activities were excellent. The stops at bow lake and Moiraine were fabulous. The gondola at Banff was amazing, the lodge was lovely and there were lots of options for food. We would have liked to stay longer here as it’s beautiful. Lake Louise and bow falls were beautiful for pictures. We would highly recommend the tour, Tom was a lovely guide.”

“Viator booked us on a Chinese tour unbeknownst to us where we got no narration in English even though there were 8 English speaking travelers. When I asked I was told because 85% were Chinese. It was discouraging listening for 40 minutes of laughing and clapping. We sometimes got one sentence in English. We were pressured to buy the meal plan which I'm so glad we didn't. They stopped at Chinese restaurants for lunch and dinner every day. I tried to explain I have celiac but we were told we need to get fast food when we stopped if we didn't get the meal plan. There were very few options…”

“Our tour guide Emily, was amazing-switching back and forth between Mandarin and English effortlessly. In the beginning we had concerns about what to expect from the tour, as we were from NC. Each day we were greeted warmly with a head nod, thumbs up or a hello by our fellow travelers. They were always happy and insisting about taking our picture at scenic sites and making sure we felt included. Emily was very helpful with helping us feel like a part of the group. She went above and beyond by seeking us out to talk with my husband and I to ask if we had any questions and repeating needed…”
