One of the restaurants had completely run out of food, which was disappointing and made the experience feel disorganized. The other stops served tasting portions that were extremely small—barely enough to get a real sense of the dish, let alone feel satisfied. For a tour that promises a culinary adventure, the portions and planning just didn’t deliver. The cultural and historical commentary was interesting, but it couldn’t make up for the lackluster food experience. Overall, it felt more like a walk with a few snacks than...”

“We do a food tour in just about every city we visit and this one could have potentially been great but it wasn’t. Tour was scheduled for three hours but lasted 90 minutes. Our guide Eve was pleasant but lackluster. She didn’t provide any real information—most guides share some history of the area and point out landmarks and she didn’t provide any. We started with a big sweet donut first and had a lobster roll last which was backwards! . She didn’t offer mocktails to the non drinkers. Food was very good but very short lackluster tour.”
